This policy explains how Morontia Music and Media (“we”, “us”) handles information when you visit morontiamusic.com, use Campaign Studio at /studio/, or connect social accounts (including Meta Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok) so we can publish and manage campaign content.
Information we process
- Account email and name for Studio team login.
- OAuth tokens and related Meta, Google/YouTube, and TikTok account identifiers needed to publish posts you authorize.
- Content you create in Studio (captions, media, schedules, campaign notes).
- Basic technical logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and reliability.
How we use it
We use this information only to operate Morontia Music websites and Campaign Studio, publish content you schedule, improve reliability, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
Publishing features send content and necessary tokens to platforms you connect (for example Meta, YouTube, or TikTok) under their terms. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process data solely to run the service.
Retention
We keep account, token, and content data while your Studio access is active, then delete or anonymize it when no longer needed for operations or legal obligations. You may request deletion (see our data deletion instructions).
