These terms govern use of morontiamusic.com, including Campaign Studio at /studio/ and related music, research, and campaign tools operated by Morontia Music and Media, LLC (“we”, “us”).
Services
The public site presents Morontia Music releases and related links. Campaign Studio is an internal team tool for scheduling and publishing campaign content to social platforms you authorize (including Meta, YouTube, and TikTok). Access to Studio requires a team account we provision.
Accounts and responsibilities
- Keep Studio login credentials confidential and use them only for authorized Morontia campaign work.
- You are responsible for content you schedule or publish through Studio and for complying with each connected platform’s rules.
- Do not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful or infringing material.
Intellectual property
Morontia Music branding, album artwork, and site materials remain our property or that of our licensors. Connecting a social account does not transfer ownership of your platform account to us; we only use tokens and permissions you grant to publish content you create in Studio.
Third-party platforms
When you connect Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok, or similar services, their terms and privacy policies also apply. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or enforcement actions by those platforms.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We may revise these terms by posting an updated effective date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Disclaimer
Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or Studio.
